The Greek Gentlemens Golf Club (GGC) end 2020 with a bang and look forward to 2021

The final of the 2020 Greek Gentlemens Golf tournament (GGC) was played last weekend at the Camberwell Golf Club.

This years event was very hard due to the difficulties caused by the coronavirus restrictions, however it attracted a big number of players.
Club Captain, Peter Mastoris said to the NEA newspaper that in spite the difficulties because of Covid-19, all the players gave their best and that he is looking forward to next years tournament.

The 2021 season will kick off on the 24th of January at Flinders Golf Course.

Jim Sakkas was crowned the 2020 GGC Champion and George Iliopoulos was runner up.

After the round, all players enjoyed the traditional yiro and Greek delights.

The Greek Gentlemens Golf has been in existence for the last 19 years.

Next year will be a special one celebrating the 20 years of the club.
