Coronavirus Greece: 21 new confirmed cases, total 352

Greece’s health autho-rities announced on Monday 21 new confirmed cases of coronavirus, cases that increase the total number of inflections to 352.

65 patients are hospitalized, 9 of them are intubated hospitals ICU in Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras.

51 of the cases have no identified source of contamination.
Majority of confirmed cases are in Athens.

51% of the infected are men.

10 people have been discharged from hospitals.

A total of 4,320 samples have been tested on corona virus since the outbreak in the country.

“Results of 200 tests are being expected,” spokesman of the National Health Organization Sotiris Tsiodras said.

Four people have died.

Since the Greek public health care system stopped conducting coronavirus tests to those with mild symptoms or without symptoms a few days ago, the number of cases does not say much about the spread in the population.
